Data Protection Officer. We do not have a Data Protection officer.
Purpose and use of the information. ABBANTIA ABB AIE uses your personal information to provide you the services you request. If you agree, we can also send you our newsletter with information on different legal topics.
Personal Data collected. ABBANTIA ABB AIE only collects the data needed to provide our clients the services they have requested.
Legitimacy. The Law allows ABBANTIA ABB AIE to collect and use the personal data of its clients within the framework of the contract relationship between both parties. However, in ABBANTIA we always work with our clients on a mutual trust basis, so we keep informed our clients all the time about what data we collect and how we use it, asking always their express consent.
Conservation period. The personal data collected will be kept during the service provided and/or possible legal liabilities.

In ABBANTIA we only communicate our client’s personal data to third parties (Procuradores, experts) when the defense and interests of our clients demand it. Card, so his identity can be confirmed. We will reply in a timely manner and always within the legal timeframe.
